Scottish Mental Health law reform opportunity

The Scottish Government is setting up a review to consider whether the provisions of the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 fulfil the needs of people with learning disability and autism.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to the review and a Project Manager to form the review team, working under the direction of an independent Chair.   These are challenging and varied roles to support the Chair of the Review in delivering an authoritative and well evidenced review.

For more details and to apply (with deadlines falling between 17 and 20 October), see here.
