I have updated my resources page on this to give links to the written (and oral) evidence submitted by the key bodies who would be involved if the Bill is passed.
I am afraid that time simply does not permit me to try to do a breakdown of the amendments put forward by MPs but I would note amendments have been proposed to every clause and schedule in the 43 clause and 6 schedule Bill except clauses 24, 25, 31, 36, 41 and 43. A significant number of amendments have been proposed by Kim Leadbeater MP herself. Not every amendment will be selected, but it might be thought that the 99 pages of amendments proposed give an indication of the Bill Committee’s task when it starts line-by-line consideration of the Bill starting on 11 February,
