Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill updated with amendments likely to pass at Report stage, and updated questions

In advance of the second day of Report stage on 13 June, I have prepared an unofficial version of the Bill with the amendments proposed by the Bill’s sponsor, Kim Leadbeater MP, as they are overwhelmingly likely to be adopted at Report stage.

Seeking, as ever, to try to make sure that whatever law is passed is good law, I have annotated that version of the Bill with notes and questions to highlight matters that the House of Commons may think are of importance when the Bill returns at Report stage on 13 June.

Further resources can be found on my resources page about the Bill here.
