LPS back to Parliament on 2 April

The ping-pong stage of LPS continues, it just having been announced that the Bill will return to Parliament on 2 April, for the House of Commons to consider (in particular) the statutory definition of deprivation of liberty proposed by the Lords (in the face of Government opposition).    What the Government proposes to do is not yet clear, but will presumably be announced shortly.
