Alex RKThe Vice-President has issued further guidance on 23 March in relation to the Court of Protection and COVID-19. This follows on the earlier guidance discussed here. The latest guidance highlights the formation of a core working group (the HIVE group) to continue to refine the approach to dealing with the Court’s business and to seek to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible. It also reinforces the need for separation on those occasions that it is not possible to convene the hearing remotely.
