Alex RKThe Bar Council of Ireland are hosting a one day conference at the King’s Inns in Dublin on 28 April for legal practitioners (both barristers and solicitors), to prepare them for first contact with the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, which will have come into force two days previously on 26 April.
The chairs are Ms. Justice Niamh Hyland & Áine Flynn – Director of the Decision Support Service.
