Fresh back from New Zealand (and fired up with comparative thoughts), I will be speaking on “(Re)presenting P” at a conference organised by the University of Liverpool on 9 and 10 September to mark ten years of the MCA 2005. The line-up of other speakers is stellar, and the topics to be covered fascinating – there are still a few conference spaces available and I would urge all those with an interest both in the Act and the Court of Protection to consider making their way to the Liverpool Maritime Museum for the two days. Full details are available here.
