It’s two years since Celia Kitzinger and Gill Loomes-Quinn launched the Open Justice Court of Protection Project. Since then, and now joined by Claire Martin and Kirsty Stuart, they have done – unfunded – amazing work to shed light on how the court works (and when it doesn’t), and to keep squarely on the agenda the question of both the principle and practicalities of transparency. For a review in their own words of their work to date, see here – and a very happy birthday from me!
