Assisted Decision-Making conference 28 April: preparing for first contact with the AMD(C) A 2015 (with lessons from practice under the MCA 2005)

The Bar Council of Ireland are hosting a one day conference at the King’s Inns in Dublin on 28 April for legal practitioners (both barristers and solicitors), to prepare them for first contact with the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, which will have come into force two days previously on 26 April.   It is nearly sold out, but a few final tickets are available – if you need persuading, the material details from the flyer are here:
