Alex RKFollowing feedback that the procedure being adopted to ensure that parties were anonymised was perhaps a little too over-zealous, new guidance has been issued. If further issues such as these are identified, the guidance accompanying the pilot will no doubt be subject to further amendment in due course as all those involved continue to find their feet.
