Mental Welfare Commission Board Members wanted

The Mental Welfare Commission is looking for three new members to join its Board.  One vacancy is for a person with lived experience of mental health issues; one is for someone with substantial management experience in either mental health service management, health and social care integration, or strategic commissioning of health and social services; and the third is not seeking any specific experience.

I understand that the Commission does not necessarily require that the members live in Scotland, but they would need to be able to attend Board and other meetings in Edinburgh, and demonstrate a knowledge of, or ability to learn how the Scottish system works.

For more details, and to apply (the deadline being 16 December), see here.
