Alex RKDisability Rights UK will be writing a shadow report for England and Wales – and for GB – to inform the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, before their examination of the UK in 2017. They are holding a series of events to enable disabled people – including people living with mental health issues – to feed in evidence and prioritise issues.
The events take place around England in September (and Disability Wales is running events in Wales), starting on 14 September in Birmingham and ending on 5 October in London (and taking in cities including Manchester, Southampton and more). See here for further details and to book.
