“Refreshed” Care Act guidance published 

The “refreshed” (ie corrected and updated) statutory guidance has now been published.

It takes account of regulatory changes, feedback from stakeholders and the care sector and developments following the postponement of social care funding reforms to 2020.

This table indicates where changes have been made and provides more detail on the more significant changes.
